Events & webinars Attendees
By booking the event, you agree to our terms and conditions. In summary, we will contact you regarding events and content produced by 360 Media Group Ltd.
As our events are FREE to attend, we rely on our partners for funding, and on occasions, they may contact you during a 'reasonable period' aligned to the event that you are booking.
We also ask you to complete a short survey from time to time; you will have priority access to the results.
Sponsors & partners
Cancellation terms are unavailable for events due to the limited inventory. Events may be rescheduled with 30 days’ notice, subject to the venue’s and audience’s availability. Digital events will be rescheduled to the next available date, subject to our content schedule.
Where the event is co-branded, the partner must fully agree before accepting the request.
Audience data is available to partners where stipulated, including name, organisation, and email address.
Speaking slots are guaranteed and must adhere to the scheduled timings. 10X content repurposing is available where stated, for the avoidance of doubt, please check your proposal.
Survey participation is voluntary; all respondents remain anonymised unless stated. Incentives are paid as outlined in the survey; no cash alternative is available.
Failure to fully complete the survey will result in the incentive being withheld with no opportunity for resolution.
Respondents that are asked to complete a survey as part of their access to an event will not be eligible for an incentive. Please read the survey introduction letter for the avoidance of doubt.

Amendments to our terms & conditions may change on occasion, and 360 Media Groups accepts no responsibility for events outside of our control.
